ParentHelm

Terms

Last updated 3 November 2026. These terms are between you and Maxed Labs Ltd, which runs ParentHelm.

What ParentHelm is

A shared custody calendar and record for two parents. It works out who has the children on each night from the pattern you choose, and it keeps a dated record of schedule changes, swaps, expenses, payments and messages.

A record, not legal advice

ParentHelm keeps a dated record of your schedule, swaps, expenses and messages. It does not give legal advice, and it is not a court-approved or court-mandated service. For advice about custody or a parenting plan, talk to a family lawyer or mediator where you live.

ParentHelm does not check that a schedule matches any court order or parenting plan, and it does not tell you what is fair, legal or in a child’s best interests. If a court order and the calendar disagree, the order applies. Whether a ParentHelm export is accepted as evidence is up to the court and your lawyer.

Your account

The shared record

Messages and record entries can’t be edited or deleted once written. Think before you send. Expenses can be withdrawn by the parent who logged them, and the withdrawal stays in the record.

Free use and ParentHelm Pro

Availability

We work to keep ParentHelm running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will never be unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything you need for a deadline (exports are part of Pro; the printed calendar is free).

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ParentHelm is provided as it is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used to break these terms.
