Questions
Do we both have to pay?
No. Everything shared is free for both of you: the calendar, messages, answering swap requests, agreeing expenses, recording payments and reading the whole record. ParentHelm Pro is bought by one parent for themselves. Nobody has to pay for the other.
What can I do for free?
Each month, each of you can start 3 swap requests, 10 expenses and 5 receipts a month. Answering the other parent never counts, so if one of you runs out, the other is never stuck.
What does Pro add?
No monthly limit on the swap requests, expenses and receipts you add, and exporting the dated record as a PDF and a CSV. It is yours only. If the other parent wants it too, they buy their own.
What happens if I stop paying?
You go back to the free plan. The calendar keeps working and nothing you recorded is deleted. You can still read your swaps, expenses, receipts and messages. Starting new ones past the monthly limit and exporting wait until Pro is back on.
Is there a free trial?
The free plan has no time limit, so you can use ParentHelm for as long as you like before deciding. Pro can be cancelled any time.
